Mieko Ueno Profile
A popular cooking and sweets specialist in Japan, Ms. Mieko Ueno manages her own food studio, “food produce studio miecoueno” in Chiyoda Word, Tokyo. She mainly develops recipes and introduces them in books, newspaper, TV and magazines. The groundwork for her success as a cooking and sweets specialist was laid when she was at University. She got licenses of the national registered dietitian, the dietitian and the food sanitation supervisor. Her heartfelt dishes has been always offered “with safe ingredients,” “by hands,” “with elegant looking and delicate flavor.” Now she makes efforts to develop the best recipes for Star Kitchen. She hopes that many Vietnamese ladies become more “sparkling” through the lessons by telling Japanese cultural good tastes.
